Background
Eureden is a Breton agricultural and agri-food cooperative, active in B2C and B2B channels. With over 200 retail outlets, an e-commerce business in full transformation, and a dense product offering (250,000 SKUs), Eureden faced a major challenge: to centralize and ensure the reliability of its product data.
Information was scattered between several systems: an ERP, an old PIM used by a subsidiary, visuals stored in different places... The result: a significant loss of time, duplication of data entry, difficult collaboration between marketing and e-commerce teams.
To streamline these processes and prepare for the transition from a showcase site to a transactional e-commerce site, Eureden chose the Quable PIM , with support from Synolia.
The issues
Data silos and a lack of coordination
Marketing and e-commerce were working separately, with unshared databases, heterogeneously stored visuals, and redundant manual data entry.
Tools ill-suited to e-commerce growth
With an evolving e-commerce site and a B2B project in the pipeline, the existing tools were unable to efficiently manage the growing volume of data or structure product flows.
Complex exchanges with suppliers
The absence of a single repository prevented smooth communication with suppliers, which slowed down the integration of visuals and product data into marketing materials.
Solutions from PIM Quable
Eureden centralizes 250,000 product references with Quable PIM, connects to Adobe Commerce, structures its data and optimizes its media via a high-performance DAM.
An ecosystem adapted to the diversity of channels
Thanks to its integration with Magento (Adobe Commerce), the PIM now feeds the e-commerce site, with planned connections to B2C stores and future B2B channels. The parameterized brand portal will also enable better communication between internal and external entities.
Intelligent volume management
With 250,000 SKUs to manage, the robustness of the solution was essential. The PIM enables structured data management thanks to a data model defined during workshops led by Synolia, including specific matrices for each product typology.
A high-performance DAM at the heart of the organization
The power of the Quable DAM was a decisive factor in our choice of solution. All media is now centralized, categorized and easily accessible by teams, improving media quality and productivity.
