As a pioneer of the "all inclusive" formula and world leader in its market, Club Med chose PIM to optimize the digital management of its product information and the updating of content related to its travel catalog offers in order to unify collaboration between its international teams. Before the PIM project began, Club Med was facing several issues that were holding back the growth potential of its business. An in-house solution was in place that was not very "efficient". Not very user-friendly and complex, it had a negative impact on productivity and was no longer sufficient to meet the brand's omnichannel ambitions.
