Centralisation, efficient management and seamless collaboration are essential for companies such as Touristra Holidays, which aim to unify their product information and foster genuine collaboration between business teams. This challenge was brilliantly met thanks to the PIM.

For over 70 years, Touristra Vacances has been committed to offering high-quality holidays to works councils, pensioners’ associations and other organisations, whether for groups or individuals. Today, the company manages holiday villages for more than 280 local authorities and works councils in France and abroad. Every year, nearly 250,000 holidaymakers enjoy the group’s holiday villages and hotels.

To provide the best possible experience for its customers, 1,350 staff members work every day, with a further 1,100 joining them during the peak season.

A need to consolidate all product information, currently scattered across a SharePoint site, into a single environment accessible to everyone.

To establish a clearer structure for product pages, which would subsequently enhance the customer experience across all sales channels.

The tools in place did not allow the product catalogue to be enriched to the level of detail required by the teams.

Quable PIM has enabled the Touristra Vacances teams to manage the complexity of the tourism-related data model and to streamline the customer experience across multiple channels.

By integrating high-quality, long-term product information to provide a comprehensive view of the data to everyone across the organisation.

By defining workflows tailored to the specific tasks of each business function, thanks to the highly collaborative PIM platform.

Produce materials (brochures, catalogues, etc.) on the fly, which can be exported very easily from the PIM to partners, the website, agencies and tour operators...

  • Work on the PIM in three languages: to ensure consistent collaboration across an international group.
  • Organise the work of 300 contributors: around a complex data model linked to seasonality.
  • Manage data for 250 holiday properties: thanks to reliable, high-quality information.
