Quable is now part of the Ibexa orchestration platform

Quable is now part of the Ibexa platform,a unified orchestration platform built from six strong European technologies designed to connect product data, customer data, content, and activation:
- Ibexa DXP
- Raptor CDP
- Actito marketing activation and automation platform
- Quable PIM
- Qualifio data collection and gamification platform
- Cohesivo CMS (available in summer 2026)
What is changing?
You may remember that Quable joined Ibexa in 2025. Since then, Quable PIM alongside Ibexa DXP and Raptor CDP to support more consistent, data-driven digital experiences.
Today, Ibexa is expanding further with the addition of Actito, Qualifio, and soon Cohesivo CMS, bringing product information, customer data, activation, data collection, and content management together within a single orchestration platform.
This marks an evolution: Ibexa is no longer just a DXP ecosystem, but a broader orchestration foundation designed to manage the full complexity of modern, multi-channel marketing and commerce.
What does this mean for you as a Quable customer?
If you already use Quable today, this change is designed to add value, not disruption.
Your Quable PIM remains exactly as you know it: the same interface, the same data models, the same workflows and governance rules.
Behind the scenes, however, Quable is now part of a wider MarTech ecosystem, giving you the option to extend your product data foundation across customer data, activation, content, and engagement, all orchestrated within the Ibexa platform.
What you’ll notice
- Quable PIM is now positioned as a core product within the Ibexa platform
- The Ibexa brand will appear more consistently across communication
- Quable fits into a modular platform designed for orchestration
- Updated visuals aligned with Ibexa’s refreshed identity
Why these technologies are coming together
Marketing and commerce teams increasingly operate in stacks that are too fragmented, too complex, and too costly, representing a challenge that has only accelerated in the age of AI.
At the same time, organisations are realising that orchestration is far more complex than originally promised. Enterprise environments involve multiple tools, teams, markets, suppliers, and infrastructures, and traditional platforms were never designed to coordinate all of this as a single system.
Governance is also more critical than ever. As product data, customer data, AI usage, and regulation evolve, organisations need platforms that prioritise compliance, transparency, and long-term trust.
That’s why Ibexa is building a new orchestration model based on European principles
- Open by design
Ibexa is a modular, composable platform. Each product works independently and even better together. Start with Quable PIM to structure and govern your product data, then extend your platform as your needs grow. Ibexa acts as the orchestration layer, connecting product information with customer data, content, and activation, while continuing to integrate with your existing stack.
- Trust by Design
Trust and compliance are non-negotiable. Ibexa and all its solutions are built with privacy, transparency, and responsibility embedded at every level, from GDPR-first architecture and European data values to future-proof, responsible AI.
- Designed for long-term performance
Ibexa is designed for reliability and scale. By connecting clean product data with content and activation, we help organisations create consistent omnichannel experiences, operational efficiency, and measurable long-term impact.
How Quable fits into the Ibexa platform
Ibexa DXP → Delivers multi-market digital experiences across websites, portals, and commerce
Qualifio → Collection of zero-party and first-party data through gamification mechanics and engaging marketing formats
Raptor → Unifies behavioral data and enables audience segmentation and personalization
Quable → Centralizes, enriches, and governs clean, consistent product data across all channels
Actito → Activates insights via email, SMS, and automated customer journeys
Cohesivo CMS (summer 2026) → A simple, conversational CMS designed to support scalable content creation
Within the unified Ibexa platform, these capabilities connect natively. You can continue using Quable as a standalone PIM, and whenever you’re ready to activate additional channels or data sources, integrations are smoother and governance remains consistent.
