


Delsey: A PIM to harmonize product information at an international level
Delsey, the famous French luggage brand, has succeeded in homogenizing its product data across its 6,000 points of sale around the world. Present in more than 110 countries, such a harmonization at an international level was a priority for the company to optimize its activity abroad. Delsey has chosen PIM (Product Information Manager) to optimize the digital management of its international product data. Previously, the luggage brand had many problems, including a complex international context, which gave rise to marketing strategies decided independently by each market, as well as international teams with their own tools and work methodologies, and therefore little collaboration between them.
