Jennyfer has always needed to keep its product catalogue up to date for customer communication. (Titles, descriptions, images, classifications, etc).

Putting in place an e-shop amplified this need making it critical to implement a clear process.

The tools used until now were heavy to maintain and required numerous manual operations which generated a high risk of mistakes.

The tool in place wasn’t adapted for collaborative work either because it was based on an Excel file.

With the PIM we were able to ensure the quality and reliably of our product catalogue; contributors now save precious time, and time-to-market has been radically reduced.
