A decade ago, on 1 January 2013 to be precise (yes, really), Quable was officially launched. It all began with our two co-founders, and what a journey it’s been – the company now has over thirty Quablers. For ten years, we’ve been supporting our clients in bringing out the best in their products and helping them grow thanks to our PIM.
A look back at this decade at Quable.
What has happened over the last 10 years?
It’s fair to say that a lot has happened over the last few years. New clients have joined us across all sectors: fashion (Petit Bateau, Bonpoint, Jennifer…), luxury (Lalique, Devialet…), industry (Rondy, Mitsubishi Electric, Bouyer Leroux…), food and drink (Traiteur de Paris, De Neuville…), cosmetics (Sisley, Bleu Libellule, NAOS…), travel (Club Med, Touristra…), furniture (Forest Style, Sourcidys…), jewellery (Adorisa, L’Atelier d’Amaya…)… and we are proud to support over a hundred clients and 250 brands that are now powered by our PIM platform.
The implementation of the PIM system at our various clients has enabled them to roll out large-scale projects: managing the digital second-hand market at Petit Bateau, standardising sales messaging across all distribution channels at Devialet, and saving time on window display merchandising for De Neuville.
Quable’s ten-year history also represents a highly connected ecosystem of partners who are leaders in their respective sectors, whether they are technology partners or integrators such as Zento, Numendo, Keepeek, Colorz, Naxxum… amongst others, with a total of 42 partners, including 8 service partners – that’s quite something!
What’s next?
Quable certainly isn’t going to stop now that we’re on a roll, and we’re carrying on, building on our momentum, with further improvements to the product – namely the PIM platform. In 2022 alone, 40 new features were added to the platform, and we’ve planned further improvements to the PIM’s UI/UX – something greatly appreciated by our clients, particularly in the B2B SaaS sector. Further new features will be added to the platform (such as the ‘consumption tracking’ page and a new type of attribute) to enhance the experience for PIM users and contributors, streamline workflows and improve the efficiency of teams using the PIM.
Quable’s professional services will be further expanded, as will the support and onboarding of new and existing customers through the CSM and Quable Air programmes.
Finally, one of our major projects for 2023 will be to build an even more connected ecosystem with the launch of the Quable App Store and the addition of Quable Apps, but you’ll find out more very soon – we don’t want to spoil the surprise…
