What is the Agec Act? Who is affected? (Infographic)

The Agec Act came into force on 1 January this year, 2023.
In terms of e-commerce, if your business has an annual turnover of more than €50 million and sells its products (at least 25,000 products per year) on the French market, then you are directly affected.
