Quable cannot be held responsible for indirect damages (such as loss of market or loss of opportunity) resulting from the use of the https://www.quable.com website.

Quable reserves the right to delete, without prior notice, any content posted in this area that contravenes the legislation applicable in France, in particular the provisions relating to data protection. In France, personal data is notably protected by law no. 78-87 of 6 January 1978, law no. 2004-801 of 6 August 2004, article L. 226-13 of the French Penal Code and the European Directive of 24 October 1995.

Advertising on a third-party platform :

When you respond to communications posted on third-party platforms (for example, Facebook, Google or LinkedIn) we may share your data with these third parties in order to send you advertising content targeted through the third-party platform and based on your profile and interests. Your data is used by the third-party platform provider to identify your account and display ads on your screen.
